What will you be doing?

In the role of technical solution specialist within our Travel team, you are responsible for accurately registering, handling and resolving technical and functional disruptions. You get energy from determining which incidents or service requests have priority and resolving them! You are responsible for the management and availability of applications and devise new ways of how best to manage, optimize and automate them. You are also involved in testing new releases and then carrying out updates independently or in a DevOps collaboration. 

You master the ideal combination of process management techniques and substantive technical know-how within the Adchieve domain. You enjoy the challenge of resolving technical puzzles, considering the consequences for the stakeholders, and aligning your methodology accordingly. You are also able to manage and implement the assignments from a technical perspective. You are assertive enough to offer solutions that are viable and feasible. You know how to gain the trust of others through your technical expertise and empathy and to build a long-term, successful relationship with our clients. You provide peace of mind and radiate a sense of calm oversight. For you, it's all about recognizing customer needs and converting these into targeted (technical) solutions.

Your challenges in a nutshell:

  • to initiate (ITIL) processes: incident, problem, change, release, capacity and configuration management; 
  • to resolve incidents and implement optimizations; 
  • to provide (technical) campaign monitoring and proactive solutions in the event of incidents; 
  • to draw up periodic system reports for the benefit of customer processes; 
  • to provide information about the progress and status of incidents; 
  • to ensure prompt handling of incidents for an optimal process. 

Who are you?

And all this with a keen eye for process improvement and optimization. 

You also have

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience;
    a completed higher professional education (HBO);
    affinity with technology;
    experience with databases and feed management;
    experience within the Travel industry is a plus;
    genuine interest in data-driven marketing;
    a good command of Dutch and English.
