This is what you will do

In the role of Technical Support Officer within our Travel team, you will be responsible for the careful (technical) onboarding of our customers. You see it as a sport to solve technical puzzles and optimize processes.

With your technical expertise and empathy, you know how to win the trust of our international customers and build a long-term, good relationship. You take care of everything, like to keep "several balls in the air" and exude overview and calmness.

We are looking for a colleague who likes to solve technical problems with the ultimate goal; happy customers. That you are not yet an expert in what we ask doesn't matter, we would love to help you become an expert!

In a nutshell, these will be your challenges:

  • Technical onboarding of new customers;
  • Resolving incidents and implement optimizations;
  • Ensuring management and availability of applications;
  • (Technical) campaign monitoring and proactively providing solutions in case of incidents;
  • Informing customers about progress and status of incidents;
  • Overseeing a timely handling of incidents for an optimal onboarding process.

You also have:

  • A completed mbo/hbo degree;
  • Preferably 2 years work experience in a technical support position;
  • Genuine interest in data driven Marketing and technology;
  • A good command of the Dutch and English languages.
