Who are you?

You are a hunter. You see commercial opportunities everywhere and you can't wait to initiate contact with new customers. In this role, you feel the drive to completely focus on generating new business in the Travel sector. With flair and the power of persuasion, you manage to get a seat at the table with international enterprise customers at C level. Once at the table, you can analyze the customer organization and needs by asking the right questions. With the knowledge you acquire about the customer, you give tailored advice about what Adchieve can achieve and put yourself in the picture for more complex head-tail sales processes.

Through your drive and passion, you excel time and time again. For you, developing your own initiatives to deliver optimal results is a sport, and this is the focus of your vision and approach. Which is why you feel at home in a high-performance environment. Besides your focus on new business, you also focus on further expanding our existing network and sales activities among our enterprise customers. Through your professional expertise, clear vision of customer value and empathy, you gain the trust of others and establish good, long-term relationships with your customers. For you, it's all about a professional and customer-oriented approach with the desire to win!

You have a current and relevant network at C level among our potential customers. When it comes to establishing new contacts, you are creative, persistent and innovative. Due to your (consultative) sales skills, proactive and customer-oriented attitude and experience in the wide marketing automation playing field, you can make potential enterprise customers a commercial success.

To summarize, these are your challanges:

  • acquisition of new business and expanding our network;
  • create opportunities for premium brands and translating these to commerce;
  • develop strategy to conquer new international markets;
  • identify new sales opportunities and markets;
  • generate new leads;
  • follow up leads from the marketing process;
  • spot market trends and translate them into new propositions;
  • expand sales activities at regional and international level;
  • expand sales activities at management and C level;
  • achieve turnover targets;
  • elaborate new propositions;
  • give presentations and pitches about our services;
  • take part in trade fairs and network meeting.

You also have:

  • a bachelor or university degree;
  • at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the b2b travel sector;
  • courage;
  • huge drive and energy to acquire new customers;
  • an interesting commercial network in the travel sector, preferably in Spain;
  • excellent negotiating skills;
  • a proven track record in sales and delivering customer solutions;
  • a clear vision of customer value and online marketing.
