Lead developer

Adchieve is growing fast, both in terms of the software features and our team. Therefore we are looking for an experienced lead developer.

As part of a team of 20 highly skilled developers, data scientists and SEA specialists you’re responsible for the further development of our software and the development of new features. You contribute to improving the software architecture and you’re actively involved in translating business requirements into technical designs. A huge amount of enthusiasm, ambition and perseverance complete our wish list.

In short

you come up with the best solutions for new functionalities;
you develop user-friendly software;
you work with a database containing more than 100 million records, with hundreds of thousands of records added every day;
you will take the lead during sprints and internal tech meetings;
first point of contact for external technical parties;
you test new functions;
you regularly consult with internal and external tech teams (from Google, for instance);
supervising and onboarding new PHP developers.

You have

bachelor or university degree;
at least 3 years’of relevant work experience, preferably as a lead developer;
experience in delivering high-quality testable code;
strong communication skills and you are a real connector towards your team;
knowledge of Symfony (or a similar framework), MySQL;
you know how Git and GitHub work;
the drive and energy to continously learn and get better because we also like to learn from you 😉
