What's your role as UX designer?
In this role, you put yourself into the end user's shoes and ensure an optimal user experience. You link creativity with technique. Based on your knowledge of UX and ultimate user experience, you translate our customers' needs and help make abstract ideas concrete and user friendly. You are also responsible to map the user journey and convert possible bottlenecks into a user-friendly design.You translate strategy into well-thought-out journeys, wireframes and ensure that the user flows guide the user to the right place, easily, fast and professionally.
At Adchieve, you work for big brands like MediaMarkt, TUI and X2O. You are free to use techniques that appeal to you the most. When it comes to UX, you take the lead and define the UX strategy. Because at Adchieve, you are the only UX expert and an authority in your field. You have the gift of simplifying complex issues, mapping the optimal user flow for new functionalities, and you know when you need to use which UX techniques. You make new insights concrete and test them with the end user. You present created wireframes/mockups to the team and stakeholders. An optimal user experience - that's your goal!
What are your skills?
You have a relevant higher professional education/university degree, and at least 2 years of relevant work experience as UX-er in a similar role. You can perform under pressure and enjoy working to deadlines. You have an analytical brain and a pragmatic, targeted approach.
