What will you be doing?

In the role of Strategist, you are an inspirer, an example to consultants and a creative sparring partner on substantive issues for current and potential clients at executive level. Because that is where your added value lies. You know all the secrets of Google Ads and you feel completely at home in the world of Search, Shopping and Performance Max (PMax). You keep a close eye on the latest developments such as PMax, the Hagakure method, DSA, CSS partners and smart bidding.
 
Thanks to your clear vision and powers of persuasion, you know how to mobilize professionals to deliver optimal performance. You have progressive insights and ideas and can integrate concepts and approaches from different disciplines. Like no other, you know how to realize complex solutions in a complex environment. What seems impossible to others, you make it happen. Moreover, you have foresight in developing new concepts for business processes, methods and techniques for achieving greater market penetration.
  
From a creative and transparent working environment, you are the linking pin to the client. You have an organized work ethic, you can inspire others through your professional vision and views, and with your strong focus on the essentials, you are always in control. The world of big data has few secrets for you and you are familiar with the latest trends and developments.  You think across channels and know how to place the impact of online marketing in a broader business perspective for our clients. You are a reliable advisor for our major accounts and you embody the professionalism of our organization. You are commercially minded and driven by development and results. On the one hand, this requires strong analytical and conceptual abilities, an integrated perspective and good consulting skills. On the other, it requires tangible experience and expertise in a high-tech marketing environment and a hands-on approach.  
You are a strategist who inspires others and a substantive coach who motivates colleagues to develop themselves further to a higher level. You are a driving force in optimizing business processes and do things not because you have to, but because they work. Standing at the helm of projects with enormous complexity, you combine self-confidence with a strong sense of tact.   

You als have:

  • a completed university education;  
  • at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Consultant and/or Strategist, preferably on the agency side; 
  • a clear vision of customer value; 
  • a thorough knowledge of the omni channel environment and digital marketing technology; 
  • knowledge/experience with Google Ads and data-related issues;
  • a highly developed analytical mind that allows you to make connections quickly;
  • experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects with clients and internal teams;
  • experience with cross-channel campaign management;
  • excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both orally and in writing).
