What will you be doing?

You are the connector towards the customer, and you also actively focus on strengthening and developing the (international) customer relationship at C level. You are good at negotiating contracts and from our services, you can make the transition to customer focus and ultimately to customer intimacy. In doing so, you always think in terms of solutions for the customer and encourage your colleagues to do the same. Through your genuine interest and courage to ask the question behind the question, you are successful in further expanding our existing network and activities with existing customers.

You easily work at C level and are an excellent discussion partner for our enterprise customers. You make an impact by analyzing customer needs in depth and linking them to our software. You spot commercial opportunities and can effectively translate them into concrete business to grow your portfolio. You like to focus on targets. This demands the right sales strategy and advice. A great opportunity for you to ensure that our customers' investments lead to further commercial growth. In this role, you maintain your own customer portfolio and expand it via upselling & cross-selling. One of the ways you do this is by effectively using your network, for example account marketing like events, or following up leads via marketing. Together with the team, you target the best commercial results. How? By using your talent, namely developing good and long-term customer relationships, enthusiasm, a plan-based approach and boundless energy!

You also have

  • a completed higher professional/university education, preferably commercial;
  • at least 2 years' experience in a (strategic) sales role;
  • a huge commercial drive to get the best sales results;
  • good negotiating skills;
  • a proven track record in delivering customer solutions and achieving sales targets;
  • lots of energy and the drive to make the difference for your customers every day;
  • good presentation skills;
  • a feel for the latest trends & developments in the travel, e-commerce and/or fashion industry and the ability to effortlessly translate them into existing and new solutions in our software and services.
  • a gift for languages. You have excellent command of Dutch and English. Do you also have a good command of French, German or Spanish? Then our wish list is complete!
