Quality management
An important aspect of AdChieve is the quality management
functionality. This greatly simplifies the management of large
campaigns. Optimizing the quality of the campaign can be done in
several ways, both automatically and manually.
Different forms of quality management
AdChieve uses several forms of quality management:
- Performance based - when a keyword or ad group has a low CTR or
conversion ratio, then AdChieve can automatically pause it to
investigate why the performance is poor. In the travel business
this can be very useful, because many accommodations have names
like Maria, Barbie or Royal, and these terms may be too broad to
perform well
- Product feed dependent - by applying filters, rules are created
that ad texts must meet in order to go live. For example, products
that are not available will not be advertised
- Business model based - by using the price form the data feed,
AdChieve can calculate if the ad costs are within certain
margins
Optimization process
Quality management can be performed automatically (and can be
verified afterwards) or manually. However, in both scenarios human
intelligence and creativity is required to take the final
decisions. But because AdChieve recognizes the campaign bottlenecks
automatically, the optimization process is greatly simplified.
Any decision taken in the past for specific products or services
is stored in our database. When such product is temporarily removed
from the campaign and is reintroduced at a later time, the previous
decisions are activated again.
